Hey look! The end of the Nature Trail!

Many thanks to all our wonderful volunteers, students, and staff for making this a success!! DCP_1165.JPG (45190 bytes)

Oh no! End of all the fun. Back to school work.

We can't  thank Ms. O'Conner  enough for making The Nature Trail  a beautiful success.

The Bucket Brigade was a fun activity. Fifth graders and LSS staff poured dirt on the side of the Trail.  We did this so that the Nature Trail wouldn't collapse during the winter and for people's safety when they walk on it during the winter.  The trail leads to one of the oldest trees in Exeter, New Hampshire. The tree is called The Champion Spruce Tree.

A special thanks to the Timberland employees for volunteering their time for this wonderful project and making The Nature Trail a huge success!
