TALES OF WONDER

![]() |
The Library encourages children to become more familiar with fairy and folk tales. Children hear many of these tales here, and we hope that children will read and hear them at home. It is important for children to know the tales important to their culture, to know those from other cultures and to simply enjoy the stories that have interested people for hundreds of years.
High up in the Library is a giant with his harp, hen that laid golden eggs, and a treasure of books. Jack in the Beanstalk is enjoying the books too!
We perform puppet plays of fairy and folk tales during Library times and sometimes let children use puppets to make stories come alive.
