Exeter Booktalk

Booktalk is a weekly television show that presents storybook readings by teachers and students from the Exeter Elementary Schools. It airs Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at  4pm.  Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Sundays at 6:30 PM, and Saturdays at 10:00 AM on EXTV, Channel 22 in Exeter. Educators, parents, and students have all embraced this wonderful program that encourages reading, informs the community, and motivates children and parents to join in the educational process.

Students, teachers, Mrs. McCaffery, and her special friend Crocker participate in episodes which reinforce the teaching themes used in different grade levels. Booktalk was presented the Continental Cablevision’s 1997 Educator’s Award.
